The hotel has a very nice balcony overlooking town & Lago Maggiore, offering modernly equipped rooms. The service is friendly but could improve follow-up on requests. The location is excellent but situated on a steep hill. The dining experience is fantastic with a mixture of options. Facilities are nice with a pool and more.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room was spacious, but looked outdated, yet the balcony provided a great view of the town. The service was helpful but seemed overworked, especially during dinner service. The location was convenient, nestled on the side of a mountain near the funicular, making it easy to explore. Dining was decent, with some waiting time observed, and the facilities were satisfactory.
Although the rooms have some unique features like wider balconies and a nice welcome coffee, the interior design is outdated and the bathroom lighting is not ideal. Despite these, the hotel is beautifully located with a lovely view of the lake.
